By now, everyone has probably heard about Phoenix leading the nation’s housing market in something: foreclosures, mortgage delinquencies, losses in equity, etc.

But, in 2012, we’ve started to lead the country in a few fields we can be proud of, too!

How about that Phoenix homes have appreciated significantly more year-over-year than the national average of 4.04%?
