Selling your home can be a challenging enough task without your homeowners association (HOA) trying to tell you what type of sign you can hang to advertise it or where. Up until this year, that’s exactly what many Arizona HOAs were known for doing. Thankfully, the Arizona legislature passed a new law recently to protect your right to post For Sale signs (as well as other signs), and it goes into effect on August 8, 2012.
